U7BG and UW2 Info Updates

In the UW2 Info page, I've added links to a six-part review of the game by Kenneth Dunlop. I also moved the link to the Ultima Underworld Viewer to the Projects section, and removed the Downloads section in which it used to be.

On the main page of the Guide to Ultima VII: The Black Gate, I've done some minor cleanup of links and HTML, and also organised the Remakes and Engines section into subsections.
